Varipro Fan Filter Unit

The new generation of Varipro Fan Filter Units with EC drive technology creates a considerable quality standard in clean room technology. These fan filter units are suitable for all areas of clean room technology and are characterized by their minimized energy requirements, low noise emission and flexible system operation.

They consist of a walk-in housing made of sheet steel, powder-coated, optionally also in aluminum or other materials. In addition, they contain sound-absorbing and -absorbing housing linings. All fittings are made of non-combustible, abrasion-resistant materials.

Fan Filter Units also have an interface for connecting the data bus system and the power supply, including indication of the operating status and an adapter cassette made of powder-coated sheet steel, matched to the clean room ceiling grid and the type of FFU handling.

It is possible to use all HEPA filter makes, dry-seal filters as well as fluid-sealed filters. Different control options from simple single control to complex, PC controlled systems can be delivered. 

In combination with the Daldrop + Dr.Ing.Huber software, these fan filter units have virtually unlimited system operation:
A plant-oriented operating concept with a central user interface enables intuitive operation, evaluation and configuration directly from realistic plant images. The software fulfills the requirements of the FDA, CFR 21 Part 11, and is therefore qualifiable and can also be used in pharmaceutical projects.
