1. Power Supply

The power supply consists of control cabinets, complete with all the necessary installations for the control of pump and fan drives, according to the scope of the air conditioning and air conditioning. If technically necessary with frequency converter and taking into account hardware safety interlocks for smoke extraction and fire protection. Sub-distributions for lock controls, door operators, lighting and sockets, if necessary, taking into account a UPS system for emergency lighting. Complete electrical wiring between control cabinets or sub-distributors and individual consumers.

The main supply of the control cabinets, or sub-distributors, is provided by the TGA company Elektrotechnik.  
SHELMEQ® provides the performance data for dimensioning the required connection cross-sections. Alternatively, the TGA electrical company may undertake electrical wiring for lighting and electrical outlets, including control panel technology, in which case coordination with SHELMEQ® will remain. The power limits for the electrical wiring in this case should be terminal boxes in the false ceiling. This is important because the cans are part of the clean room wall and SHELMEQ® has to ensure particle-tight installation. 
The same applies to data and telephone sockets. Also in this case the power limit to the TGA should be in the false ceiling.

2. Measurement and control technology (MSR)

The complete measuring, control and regulation technology for the cleanroom systems is the scope of services of SHELMEQ®. This includes:
Temperature, humidity, speed and pressure sensors, thermostats, damper actuators, control valves, limit switches and displays, substations (DDC / PLC units), CPU module with integrated user interface and user-friendly program software according to GAMP 4, communication via an open bus system, as well as the complete electrical wiring with halogen-free cables. A building control room (GLT) with a graphical user interface for data recording, consisting of PC, monitor and printer with user software (complies with FDA guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11). It enables the user to operate, evaluate and configure directly from realistic plant pictures.

Interfaces are only available if forwarding of data, operating and fault messages to a customer network or an internet / intranet connection is desired. The interface standard is agreed in advance. In addition to the supply technology for the clean rooms, there are often other systems within a project that also require MSR technology. 
The system selection should therefore take place in coordination between the user, SHELMEQ® company and TGA company. However, due to the greater responsibility for the function of the production facilities, the SHELMEQ® company should be given a decisive role.
An uncomplicated solution is to hand over the entire MSR technology to the SHELMEQ® company. The TGA companies have the task of providing a functional description with technical data for their systems

3. Monitoring

Monitoring systems can also be built as part of the MCR technology with the additional use of calibrated sensors. 
Optional: Stand-alone systems via SHELMEQ® or direct assignment to other companies, as these systems do not influence the SHELMEQ® guarantee values ​​but only control them.
