Cleanroom Ceiling

Support grid system PH 80
consisting of extruded aluminum profiles in absolutely tight execution.

Ceiling sheets PH 80 
consisting of bent coil coated steel sheet with 0.75 mm sheet thickness. They are coated with a 25 μm thick lacquer layer consisting of a primer and a polyester coating. The coating has optimal mechanical properties and is UV-resistant.

Walk-on panels PH 80 
consisting of galvanized sheet steel and are 1.25 mm thick. In order to obtain a more stable construction with a smooth ceiling surface, ceiling panels and walk-in panels are stamped together. The following materials are used as filling:

1. Steel profile (standard version)
2. Polystyrene or polyurethane
3. aluminum honeycomb
4. mineral wool

PH 120 is a walk-in ceiling system that allows high planning freedom due to the large distances between the resting points. It consists of:

Support grid system PH 120
consisting of galvanized sheet steel, with a material thickness of 1.25 mm and a powder-coated surface in RAL 9002, 9010 or 9016 (other colors are available at an additional cost). 
The distance between the longitudinal profiles is 1.2 m, the maximum distance between the hangers is 2.6 m.

Ceiling panels PH 120
for ceiling grid system PH 120 consisting of galvanized sheet steel with a thickness of 0.75 mm. They are powder-coated in the standard colors RAL 9002, 9010 and 9016.

Walk-on ceiling sheet PH 120
consisting of 1.25 mm thick galvanized sheet steel. The sheet metal is folded at the edges and fixed on the ceiling grid.

The PH 60 is a stable clean room ceiling, which was developed for a low intermediate ceiling height and is thus not accessible. It consists of: 

Support grid system PH 60
consisting of galvanized sheet steel in the thickness 1.00 mm. It is coil coated with a 25 μm thick paint layer consisting of a primer and a polyester coating. The coating has optimal mechanical properties and is UV-resistant. The standard colors are RAL 9002, 9010 or 9016 (other colors are available at extra cost).

Ceiling panels PH 60
for ceiling grid system PH 60 consisting of folded, coil-coated steel sheet with a sheet thickness of 0.75 mm.

Folding ceiling panel
The special feature of the PH 60 ceiling system are the fold-down ceiling panels, in which the seal remains undamaged.

consisting of: 

HEPA filter cassette 
consisting of powder-coated steel sheet. It is used for Fan Filter Units and LAF outlets up to 1.5 m². 

Connection box for supply and return
air supply air outlet consisting of galvanized sheet steel. The material thickness is size dependent. 
Return air inlet with perforated plate and connection box.

HEPA filter for installation in filter mounting
frame The HEPA filter consists of a frame construction made of anodized aluminum extruded profile.

Perforated sheets
for supply and exhaust outlets consisting of galvanized sheet steel with a sheet thickness of 1.0 mm. The perforated plate has a stable upstand with holding device for flush mounting in the support frame construction. The entire surface is powder coated in the color of the ceiling panels.

Aerosol task and measuring point

With sheet steel front panel, painted in RAL color 9010. The inner plastic lamellae are adjustable later.

Housing for
recessed ceiling luminaries are installed in the ceiling panels of type PH 60, PH 80 or PH 120. The cutouts are covered with a glass or poly-carbonate disc. Different versions allow a change of the bulbs from either the plenum or the clean room side.
